Corporate Safety Program
Topflight adheres to Canadian Helicopters’ established safety program which is administered by a comprehensive Safety & Quality department. This program is designed to heighten safety awareness, encourage environmental protection, and provide operational policies and guidelines for both air and ground operations
Components of the Safety Program include:

- Extensive safety training including Crew Resource Management, Pilot Decision Making, and Advanced Human Factors training
- Company flight and maintenance standards that exceed regulatory requirements
- Comprehensive company manuals including a Safety Management System (SMS)
- The sharing of incident and product reliability reports throughout the company in support of preventative maintenance and flight safety programs
- Confidential hazard identification and reporting system
- Safety incentive and awards programs
- Frequent internal and external audits
